Job summary

Sedgwick seeks a Housing Support Specialist to coordinate lease extensions and housing services for displaced policyholders, ensuring uninterrupted, comfortable housing in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as a client advocate, coordinating with adjusters, landlords, and vendors to deliver empathetic service, accurate lease documentation, and timely resolutions to in-stay issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service or account management.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage lease extensions and ongoing housing support needs for displaced policyholders.
• Communicate with insureds, adjusters, and landlords to ensure continuity of housing.
• Monitor lease expirations and prevent service interruptions.
