Green Key Global is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our market presence and drive new member growth across the United States and Canada. You will generate new business opportunities, enroll hotels, and build relationships with hotels, management companies, and industry partners.

Responsibilities include managing the sales process from prospecting to close, maintaining a HubSpot pipeline, delivering presentations, and collaborating with Marketing on campaigns to maximize

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or related B2B sales.
• Proven success prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business opportunities and drive hotel enrollments.
• Develop relationships with hotels, management companies, destination organizations, and hospitality stakeholders.
• Manage sales process from prospecting through closing; maintain an active HubSpot pipeline.
• Create presentations, proposals, and sales collateral; negotiate and close deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, webinars, and events to drive lead generation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and member experience.
