B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager for a remote role with travel to meet on-property teams and understand competitive markets.

The Manager of Business Development will handle sales, account management, and leadership duties to align with business needs. You will develop plans, manage key accounts, forecast, and train sales staff while collaborating with hotel departments to deliver guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

Competenze

• Five years minimum hotel sales experience, with Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt preferred.
• Three years of sales leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel for on-property meetings and market coverage.
• Proficiency in revenue management strategies and related tools.

Mansioni

• Develops and implements a comprehensive hotel sales plan to meet revenue goals.
• Solicits transient, group, and extended stay demand generators.
• Forecasts and mentors team members; supports revenue management efforts.
