B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager for a remote role with periodic travel to meet on-property teams and understand market competition.

You will drive sales, manage accounts, generate business, forecast performance, and mentor team members to meet revenue goals across a portfolio of hotels. The role requires five years of hotel sales experience in top brands and three years of sales leadership, with strong revenue management skills.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum Hotels Sales experience with Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt.
• 3 Years of Sales Leadership Experience.
• Willingness to Travel.
• Strong Sales and F&B experience.
• Proficiency in Revenue Management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Develops and maintains a business plan; solicits transient, group, and extended stay demand. Positions the hotel through revenue/yield management and updates sales and marketing efforts.
• Cost Control: Manages sales, marketing and catering expenses; monitors budgets and labor requirements; follows procurement guidelines.
• People Management: Interviews, hires, coaches, and develops sales staff; sets goals and provides feedback.
• Guest Service: Ensures client satisfaction and effective communication between sales and operations; supports service recovery when needed.
• Technical Acumen: Uses Delphi, STS, Sales Pro and market data to forecast and report sales.
• Training: Responsible for ongoing training and maintaining records across the team.
• Safety/Risk Management: Maintains safe work environment and follows regulations.
• Self/Workload Management: Communicates clearly and attends meetings; adheres to SOPs.
