Job summary

B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to drive revenue across multiple properties.

This remote role requires periodic travel to align with on-property teams and to understand competitive landscapes. You will balance selling and leadership duties, fostering client relationships and leading a growing sales organization. You will develop business plans, manage key accounts, forecast performance, and mentor sales staff to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Five years minimum Hotels Sales experience with Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt.
• 3 Years of Sales Leadership Experience.
• Willingness to Travel.
• Strong Sales and F&B experience.
• Proficiency in Revenue Management strategies.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer functions, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Solicits accounts to meet or exceed hotel revenue goals and manages overall account management.
• Leads business development, sales prospecting, and mentoring for assigned hotel properties.
• Forecasts and collaborates with revenue management and hotel departments to optimize profitability.
• Maintains and follows up on leads generated for the portfolio of hotels.
• Works with contracted partners to drive opportunities and ensure guest satisfaction.
