B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced hotel Sales Manager in a remote capacity with travel to support on-property teams and understand competitive dynamics.

The role emphasizes building accounts, driving revenue, and leading sales initiatives across a portfolio of properties. The Manager of Business Development will handle account management, new business development, and may take on leadership duties such as forecasting and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of hotel sales experience with luxury brands.
• Three years of sales leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in revenue management and F&B sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a comprehensive sales plan to meet revenue goals.
• Solicits transient, group, and extended stay demand to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
• Forecasts and mentors the sales team to achieve Personal Performance Expectations.
• Performs cold calls and manages existing and new client relationships.
• Supports revenue management efforts and collaborates with hotel departments for guest satisfaction.
• Manages sales and catering expenses to maximize profitability and stay within budgets.
• Travel as needed to meet on-property teams and understand local competition.
• Trains staff and ensures adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
