B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group is seeking an Area Social Catering Sales Manager to drive catering and revenue across multiple hotels, engaging with corporate and local clients. You will lead account management, pursue new business, and support the hotels’ rooms and catering merchandising efforts.

The role emphasizes direct sales, client relations, and teamwork within our One Team culture, with a focus on guest satisfaction and upholding service standards across our brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in catering sales or hospitality sales is desirable.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Sales/Revenue Maximization: achieve catering, sales room night and revenue goals through business development and account management.
• Cost Control: assist with budgeting and procurement to maximize profitability.
• Guest Service: ensure client satisfaction and timely response to needs.
• Technical Acumen: use Delphi and sales tools to report, forecast and manage data.
• Safety/Risk Management: support standards per policy and regulations.
• Self/Workload Management: manage multiple priorities and attend meetings.
