Job summary

Guest Worldwide, a Sysco subsidiary, seeks a passionate sales professional to drive new hotel group revenue. You will acquire mid-size accounts, develop plans, and work with cross-functional teams across virtual and field sales. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Remote role supporting multiple states; strong prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills are essential to grow the regional pipeline and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality preferred.
• Minimum five years of successful sales experience.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience focused on New Business Development/New Account Acquisition.
• Experience with business travel and tradeshow representation.

Responsibilities

• Generates revenue from new accounts within mid-size hotel groups to meet or exceed regional targets.
• Develops an overall new business development plan and strategy.
• Identifies prospects, vets leads, and maintains a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborates with internal partners to tailor solutions and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Manages onboarding of new customers and supports account expansion.
