Job summary

Short’s Travel Management is seeking an Account Coordinator for STM-Stay to support hotel proposals, negotiations, and vendor relationships. This role may work remotely and requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and experience in hospitality; bachelor’s degree preferred. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel customer service or hotel management is desirable but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to focus on goals with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives and Managers with core sales support and hotel relations.
• Help build productive relationships with hotels to ensure timely proposals and bids.
• Be a team player, cross-train as needed, dependable and flexible.
• Support tasks outside the typical scope for client or company benefit.
