Job summary

Infor Inc. Hospitality Software Consulting is seeking an Application Consultant for our North America practice. This client-facing role requires extensive travel (about 75%) to ensure successful software installation and training for hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations including front desk, management, night audit, etc.
• Ability to travel 75% - must have or be able to obtain valid US passport & driver’s license.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor Hospitality software applications.
• Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation.
• Provide on-site transitional support of software installation go-live.
• Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor.
• Adhere to project schedule including flights, training, meetings, conference calls, etc.
• Assist in creating and updating installation and training documentation.
• Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification.
