Job summary

Infor is seeking an Associate Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and training of Smart Series POS solutions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver rolling deployments on time and within scope.

The role includes remote and onsite support, travel across the US, and participation in creating standardized training materials. You’ll help ensure client satisfaction during and after deployments and contribute to project documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems in hospitality or QSR.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Willingness to travel up to 75–80% across the US.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead implementation meetings for POS software installations, remotely and onsite.
• Provide end-user training and onboarding for software products.
• Troubleshoot software issues by phone or in person and escalate when needed.
• Assist with deployment of new software applications and version upgrades.
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
