Job summary

Apaleo, the world’s open API-first property management platform, is seeking a Sales Solutions Manager to streamline complex deals and empower the sales team. You’ll join RFP calls, co-present demos, own our demo environments, and position Apaleo for success with AEs, Product, and partners.

You’ll bring hands-on SaaS/API knowledge, AI fluency, and a customer-first mindset to craft compelling ROI-driven stories for technical and business buyers.

Qualifications

Minimum proven experience in pre-sales or sales engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of SaaS APIs and automation.
AI fluency with hands-on experience of LLMs and workflows.
Excellent project management and documentation habits.
Ability to explain integrations and ROI to technical and business buyers.
Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

Lead RFP responses and co-present demos with AEs.
Own demo environments and create repeatable playbooks.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to feedback.
Train AEs on technical topics and best practices.
Position the company in customer contexts, not as a feature tour.
