Job summary

Apaleo is seeking a senior architect to act as the technical voice for strategic customers, guiding AI-enabled hospitality solutions. You will design proofs of concept, build agents and automations, and ensure solutions fit customer goals while protecting scope and exit plans.

You will collaborate across Sales, Success, Product, Security, and Partnerships, turning field learnings into reusable patterns and driving AI adoption in hospitality tech.

Qualifications

• Multiple years in solution architecture/engineering in B2B SaaS.
• Strong API skills including REST, auth, webhooks and data flow.
• Hands-on workflow automation and LLM agents experience.
• Systems thinker with AI curiosity and day-to-day AI use.
• Executive-level stakeholder credibility.
• Ownership mindset and ability to scope to win deals.
• Prototyping mindset with tangible results.
• Clear, structured documentation habits.
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for complex deals with tailored scopes.
• Build fast proofs of concept in safe test environments.
• Design agents and automations using n8n/Make and AI platform.
• Deliver hands-on work with exit plan for each deal.
• Run post-go-live health checks and plan expansions.
• Create reusable reference architectures from engagements.
• Contribute to product feedback with real field data.
• Share findings with Sales, Success, Product.
