Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Temporary Recruiting Specialist (Remote) to join our team. This temporary role is anticipated to begin in October 2026 and continue through approximately March 1, 2027.

You will source candidates through Recruiter Manager, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while complying with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in talent acquisition or HR support preferred.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hotel positions from requisition to offer.
• Source active and passive candidates via ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals.
• Create, post, and maintain job ads ensuring alignment with business needs.

Skills
