Job summary

ICU Medical Inc. is seeking an entry-level Associate Hospital Sales Representative to build relationships with hospital clinicians and decision-makers, expand accounts, and sell ICU Medical products.

The role includes comprehensive training and potential promotion to a field-based Sales Representative within 12–18 months, with opportunities to relocate for advancement. The position requires travel, aligns with FDA/CDC/SHEA/ONS guidelines, and is based in a field setting with remote work options

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Active and current compliance with credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota and manage CRM pipeline for ICU Medical Infusion Therapy, Devices, Oncology, Specialty products, and Services.
• Master presentation skills and share technical knowledge of ICU products with hospital clinicians.
• Position ICU Medical offerings against competitors based on strengths and weaknesses.
• Serve as clinical expert / consultative problem solver at the field level for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Know the assigned territory and customer base, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product demos and lead customer meetings; align sales efforts with targets.
• Travel outside territory monthly to assist with education, go-lives, implementations, assessments.
