ICU Medical Inc. is seeking an entry-level Associate Hospital Sales Representative to build relationships with hospital stakeholders and drive opportunities for ICU Medical products.

The role offers training, hands-on experience, and a clear path to promotion within 12-18 months based on performance and territory availability. The position involves travel and relocation opportunities as promotions arise, and requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with credentialing, including COVID-19

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Active and current compliance with credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong organization skills and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota and manage CRM pipeline for ICU Medical Infusion Therapy, Devices, Oncology, Specialty products, and Services.
• Master presentation skills and communicate ICU product lines to hospital clinicians, aligning with guidelines.
• Know competitors and position ICU offerings clinically.
• Be the clinical expert for field-level clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Travel outside of territory monthly for educations, go-lives, implementations, assessments.
