Masimo is seeking a Hospital Account Representative II to build relationships with hospital accounts, promote noninvasive patient monitoring technologies, and drive product adoption by clinical staff. You will identify new opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and clinical evaluations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Reporting to the Regional Vice President, Sales, this role covers the Bay Area and broader territory, with travel

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hospital account management or healthcare sales experience.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, reimbursement, and billing processes.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain hospital account relationships, acting as a key resource for hospital clients and clinical teams
• Conduct product demonstrations, trainings, and clinical evaluations, ensuring proper use of Masimo technologies by clinical staff
• Drive sales growth in the assigned territory, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts
• Collaborate with clinical thought leaders, account managers, and cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, clinical specialists)
• Represent Masimo at industry events
• Provide excellent customer support and address customer concerns promptly, maintaining CRM records of all sales activities
