Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Hospital Automation Specialist to drive automation strategy in the US Acute Care market. You’ll partner with Territory Managers, Regional Directors, and Clinical Specialists to build a SafetyNet and Iris pipeline and demonstrate the clinical, operational, and financial value of Masimo’s automation portfolio.

Remote role covering the Mid-Atlantic region with up to 50% travel, contributing to market development, evaluations, and post-sale customer

Qualifications

• 1-3 years healthcare sales experience is required.
• Clinical knowledge demonstrated by sales/marketing history.
• Technical aptitude for Automation products via degree or hands-on healthcare experience.
• Proven, measurable sales ability.
• Team player with collaboration history.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Strong verbal and written communication; capable of leading presentations.
• Experience managing customer interactions and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and guide Hospital Automation strategy in US Acute Care.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers, Regional Directors, and Clinical Specialists to build a pipeline (SafetyNet, Iris, Connectivity, Analytics).
• Present clinical, operational, and financial benefits of Automation portfolio.
• Develop quotations and sales processes with Senior Director Corporate Accounts.
• Coordinate post-sale support with Clinical Team and implement teams.
• Travel to customer sites; support trade shows as needed.
