Responsibilities

• Consult with healthcare partners to identify solutions that improve patient care and reduce costs.
• Develop and execute strategies with the Account Manager to support customer initiatives.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and product support.
• Lead on-site implementations and clinical projects as needed.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and provide remote support as applicable.
