Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Regional Director of Business Operations - Hospice to lead operations across Texas and Mississippi. This remote role requires travel and oversight of site leaders, training programs, KPI monitoring, and process optimization to ensure consistent, compliant patient care across sites.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong leadership and communication skills, and hospice operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience with measurable achievements.
• Administrative experience handling business-office issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of hospice program requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training of new Directors/Managers of Business Operations.
• Conduct regular evaluations of DBOs/MBOs to determine training needs.
• Monitor KPIs to identify gaps in processes and visibility.
• Meet with RVPO to discuss operational outcomes regularly.
• Assist with optimization and standardization of program sites.
• Advocate for needs of site-level leadership.
• Ensure programs follow AccentCare policies, SOPs, and protocols.
• Travel to assigned sites as determined with RVPO.
• Lead projects assigned by senior leaders.
• Identify and mitigate risks in operations through process revisions.
• Arrange and ensure support during extended vacancies.
• Assist with documentation and implementation of new or revised processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
