The role emphasizes guiding interdisciplinary teams, developing staffing pipelines, and ensuring compliant care plans. A Master’s degree and licensure plus 95% travel are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree that meets state-specific requirements.
• Must have current highest social worker licensure in residency state.
• At least one year of clinical social work experience post-graduation.
• Ability to travel 95% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach site leaders to impact culture and team voice.
• Provide training and support to new social workers and counseling staff.
• Ensure assessments are conducted by qualified staff within required timelines.
• Maintain 24-hour availability of nursing and psychosocial services.
• Oversee development and review of the interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Support staff recruitment and mentoring for clinical licensure.
