Qualifications

• Strong horticultural knowledge, plant identification and care requirements.
• Outside sales or account management experience in nursery/green industry.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships with consultative selling.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities for multiple accounts and site visits.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM; accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to work on-site and outdoors, including lifting moderate weights.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
• Diploma in high school; further education in horticulture preferred.
• Reliability, integrity and safety emphasis in a customer-focused environment.
