The Regional Business Development Manager will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and support market developers within the assigned region. The role collaborates with sales, PR, and branch management to execute strategic plans, manage CRM, prepare forecasts, and drive revenue growth through market expansion and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in related sales management or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a region.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive relationships with service-oriented customers and team members.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM; Excel power user.
• Creativity and flexibility with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced and shifting environment.
• Solid working knowledge of forecasting and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
• Travel within the region to meet with customers and participate in industry events.
