Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Desk Homeowners Claim Representative II to manage claims from start to finish, including investigation, coverage review, damages evaluation, and settlements. The role supports remote work within the USA, with preference for candidates near Tampa for occasional on-site collaboration.

Strong negotiation, customer advocacy, and timely resolution are essential. Completion of the ACG training or equivalent and pursuing a state adjuster license are required.

Qualifications

• Complete ACG Claim Representative Training Program or demonstrate equivalent knowledge or experience.
• In states where an Adjuster’s license is required, eligible to acquire a State Adjuster’s license within 90 days of hire.
• A valid driver's license is required if the primary responsibilities involve in-person inspections or meetings.
• One year of experience in negotiating settlements, securing and evaluating evidence, preparing estimates, subrogation claims, and resolving coverage questions.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned claims and contact the insured and affected parties.
• Perform coverage analysis of policy provisions.
• Approve payments for appropriate parties and document the claim file.
• Refer complex claims to management or other units when needed.
• Investigate the facts to determine payout potential and applicable limits.
