Job summary

Protective Life is seeking a Claims Adjuster II to process inbound claim contacts from dealers, repair facilities, sales agents, and contract holders via applicable channels. The role offers a remote work opportunity with some office location travel within reasonable commuting distance.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, CST hours. The position requires automotive/insurance experience, strong communication skills, and ability to handle various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Automotive training or experience preferred
• Some college preferred
• Similar work experience in lieu of education acceptable
• ASE certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Process inbound claim contacts from dealers, repair facilities, sales agents, contract holders via applicable channels
• Process various requests from managers and lead adjuster and correspond with vendors during claim adjudication
• Assist in claim estimation or cost comparison utilizing vendors
