Golden 1 Credit Union seeks a Home Loan Processor for a remote position based in California. You will manage mortgage transactions from intake to underwriting, coordinating with Home Loan Advisors and Vendors to ensure accurate processing.

The role requires 2+ years of mortgage processing experience and a high school diploma. This non-exempt position offers an hourly pay range of $25.40 to $30.00 and works within Golden 1’s Home Loan Operations.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred.
• Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a High School diploma.
• 2+ years mortgage lending experience, processing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and communicate information with Members, Home Loan Advisors and Vendors for loan processing.
• Coordinate ordering of title reports, flood certificates and appraisal orders; review documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain understanding of state and federal laws related to credit union compliance including BSA, RESPA, TILA, TRID and AML.
