Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Home Loan Processing Specialist to support the Home Loan Operations team. This remote position in California handles loan processing, documentation collection, and coordination with Home Loan Advisors and vendors to ensure timely processing.

You will upload conditions into the LOS, manage pipeline activities, and maintain compliance with BSA, RESPA, TILA, TRID and AML regulations. Minimum 2+ years mortgage processing experience and a HS diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years mortgage lending experience; processing experience preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required; additional coursework or training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate information with Members, Home Loan Advisors and Vendors on loan processing.
• Order title reports, flood certificates and follow up on appraisal orders; assist in collection of loan documents.
• Prepare and upload loan conditions into the LOS with complete tracking details.
• Assist with pipeline management including status calls and documentation requests.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal laws (BSA, RESPA, TILA, TRID, AML).
