Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Home Loan Processing Specialist to support loan processing activities remotely from California. You will coordinate with Members, Home Loan Advisors and Vendors, order title reports and appraisals, and upload loan conditions into the LOS for complete tracking.

Your role requires 2+ years in mortgage lending with processing experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of applicable compliance rules (BSA, RESPA, TILA, TRID, AML).

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED completed; mortgage processing experience preferred.
• 2+ years mortgage lending experience; processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information with Members, Home Loan Advisors and Vendors on loan processing.
• Order title reports, flood certificates and assist in collecting loan documentation.
• Prepare and upload loan conditions into the LOS with full details for tracking.
• Assist with pipeline management, status calls and documentation follow-ups.
• Support call overflow queue and maintain loan compliance with BSA, RESPA, TILA, TRID and AML.
