Qualifications

• Must have great communication skills and computer skills.
• Preferably a Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions.
• Run detailed reports and take pictures of properties.
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks in the field.
• Inspect homes daily to ensure construction progress.
• Install/remove lockboxes and marketing material.
