Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to collect home infusion claims, reduce denials, and improve cash flow. The role requires 2–5 years of billing/collections experience, a High School Diploma with specialized training in billing, and strong communication to work effectively from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years home infusion billing/collections experience.
• High School Diploma and additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.
• Previous remote work experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
