Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a remote Home Infusion Billing/Collections Specialist. You will focus on collecting on outstanding balances, reducing denial rates and improving revenue cycle performance.

The role requires 2-5 years of billing/collections experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and pharmacy applications. Remote work is standard; training and collaboration occur across the US.

Formación

• Excellent communication with patients, payers and colleagues.
• 2-5 years home infusion billing/collections experience.
• High School Diploma and billing training.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review claims with outstanding balances and plan actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect balances.
• Review EOBs, RAs and denials; take corrective actions to collect.
• Identify denial reasons and submit appeals per payer rules.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and VCI departments on status of collections.
• Document activity and schedule follow-ups to resolve accounts.
