Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3+ years with a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role with increasing responsibility.
• Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting data, and developing business cases.
• Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and deliverables with clarity.
• Can work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving to support PCO priorities using financial modeling and market insights.
• Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
• Evaluate strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Own priority workstreams with milestones, interdependencies, and risk management.
• Facilitate cross-functional engagement and stakeholder alignment for execution across PCO.
• Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates.
