You will work cross-functionally to design, implement, and track initiatives that drive enterprise value, focusing on clinician productivity, workforce strategy, and patient care outcomes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and dashboard strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy/operations work.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to define opportunities, present findings, and implement initiatives.
• Analyze operations and workflows to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identifies improvements.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery and measurable impact using data-driven approaches.
• Develop a plan for tools and dashboards to support ongoing performance tracking and decision-making.
