Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to develop strategic direction and provide operational support for CenterWell Home Health priorities, including workforce strategy and clinician productivity to enable growth and high-quality patient care.

You will work cross-functionally to design, implement, and track initiatives that drive enterprise value, engaging stakeholders from field to senior leadership and guiding multi-project execution with a strong bias for action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes.
• Analyze current operations and workflows to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from field to senior leadership and lead cross-functional project teams to implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring impact, timely delivery, and adherence to metrics.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy development, pilot design, and decision making.
• Develop a plan for tools that enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making.
