Humana, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor to develop strategic direction and provide operational support for complex CenterWell Home Health priorities.

You will design, implement, and track initiatives to drive enterprise value with a focus on clinician productivity, workforce strategy, and high-quality patient care. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders from field to senior leadership, and using data to support pilot design and decision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
• Experience working in or with healthcare organizations, especially home healthcare, is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes.
• Analyze current operations and workflows to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to define opportunities, present findings, build alignment, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with impactful, timely delivery and adherence to metrics.
