Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations/workforce planning.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive outcomes.
• Analyze current operations to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from field to senior leadership; lead cross-functional project teams to implement initiatives.
• Lead multiple projects with strong organization, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Use data (with Analytics support) and stakeholder feedback to design pilots and guide decision making.
• Create and manage tool and dashboard requirements to support ongoing performance tracking.
