Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 3 years in strategy consulting or 6 years in corporate strategy/operations/workforce planning
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments
• Experience in healthcare or home healthcare is a strong plus

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes
• Analyze current operations and workflows to reflect on-the-ground needs and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels and lead cross-functional project teams to implement strategic initiatives
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously with focus on impact, timely delivery, and KPI adherence
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy development, pilot design, and decision making
• Develop a plan for tools that enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making
