• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or 6 years of corporate strategy / operations work, workforce planning, or related discipline.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes.
• Analyze current operations and workflows to ensure strategy reflects on-the-ground needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Closely collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional project teams to define opportunities, present findings, build cross-organizational alignment, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring impact, timely delivery, and adherence to metrics.
