Responsibilities

• Engage consumers who inquired about financial solutions and inform them of this cash option
• Describe the HEC terms, benefits, and cashout options to clients
• Maximize conversion from lead to application, acceptance, approval and funding
• Manage inbound leads and cross-sell opportunities with proactive outreach
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of HEC applicants
• Guide applicants through the application process with timely updates
• Build empathy and rapport, uncover financial goals and offer solutions
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to deliver exceptional service
• Seek continuous improvement through coaching and training
• Ensure all transactions meet compliance standards
• Meet or exceed daily metrics and monthly targets
