Responsibilities

• Speak with clients to understand where, when, and how they would like to vacation.
• Review preferences such as budget, accommodations, activities, and desired experiences.
• Search approved resources for suitable vacation products and services.
• Research and evaluate resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, tours, and transportation.
• Present relevant choices and explain key details to clients.
• Help clients proceed with the arrangements they select.
• Complete reservation-related steps through approved supplier platforms.
• Check names, dates, pricing, and other booking information carefully.
• Prepare confirmations and keep reservation details organized.
• Track deposits, balances, deadlines, and other booking requirements.
• Contact clients when additional information or decisions are needed.
• Provide updates and useful information before departure.
• Support routine adjustments and booking-related questions.
• Maintain complete and accurate client records.
• Stay informed about destination options, supplier products, and current offers.
