Job summary
Technix LLC seeks an HMS Analyst to support Medicaid data exchange services for NC HIEA. You will translate partner needs into technical and workflow requirements, focus on CCD/ADT data integration, and coordinate cross-team activities to enhance data quality and interoperability.
Ideal candidates show strong analytical skills, familiarity with health data standards, and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical partners in a remote, 12-month role for NC HIEA.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Healthcare IT & EHR operations and analytics.
- 3+ years SQL, data analysis, BI dashboards for healthcare.
- 3+ years requirements gathering, process analysis, troubleshooting.
- 3+ years knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA regulations.
- 3+ years translating concepts for cross-team communication.
Responsibilities
- Support Medicaid data exchange services within NC HIEA.
- Translate program needs into technical and workflow requirements.
- Support CCD/ADT data integration and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate cross-team efforts to improve data quality and interoperability.
- Troubleshoot issues, guide testing, and ensure secure data connections.
