Job Summary

Senior Healthcare Data Integration & Analytics Specialist (W2 Only) – Hybrid, Raleigh, NC. This is a Contract position for a W2 employee only.

Responsibilities

• Support the NC HIEA Medicaid Services (HMS) project by leading technical assistance work for NC HIEA and coordinating with participants and their electronic health record (EHR) vendors to implement, improve, and maintain data integrations.
• Support and monitor the technical infrastructure for NC HIEA and SAS environments.
• Manage change orders, bug fixes, and updates for the NC HealthConnex Clinical Portal.
• Develop and support data queries to assist with data analysis, verify data extracts, perform data transformation, manage load job streams, and create business analysis reports.
• Develop analytic and outbound data services, focusing on creating queries using SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare tools for exploratory data analysis (EDA) and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare data integration and analytics.
• Proven state client experience.
• Strong technical proficiency with healthcare data systems, digital platforms, and outreach technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey information to diverse populations and healthcare stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build relationships with providers, patients, and partners to support outreach goals.
