Job summary

Rose International seeks an HMS Analyst to support the implementation, expansion and ongoing operations of Medicaid data exchange services within the HIE program, focusing on improving HRSN data capture and onboarding early adopters.

You will translate program and partner needs into clear technical and workflow requirements for CCD/ADT data integration, coordinate cross‑team activities, troubleshoot issues, guide testing and onboarding, and ensure secure, accurate data exchanges aligned with

Qualifications

Healthcare IT and EHR operations experience (5+ years).
Advanced SQL and healthcare reporting experience (3+ years).
Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis (3+ years).
Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulatory compliance (3+ years).
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills (3+ years).

Responsibilities

Support Medicaid data exchange services expansion and ongoing operations for HMS program.
Translate program needs into technical and workflow requirements for CCD/ADT data integration.
Coordinate cross-team activities to enhance data quality and interoperability.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, guide testing and onboarding.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
