IntelliBee Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a HMS Analyst to support Medicaid data exchange services, focusing on HRSN data capture and onboarding early adopters. The role translates program needs into technical requirements and coordinates CCD/ADT data integration.

You will work with internal teams and external partners to troubleshoot issues, guide testing, and ensure secure, compliant data connections aligned with population health priorities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years supporting healthcare systems, analytics, technical support, and EHR workflows.
• Advanced SQL, relational databases, BI dashboards, and data analysis for healthcare reporting.
• Requirements documentation, process analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Translate technical concepts, manage priorities, and work effectively with teams and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation, expansion, and ongoing operations of Medicaid data exchange services within NC HIEA.
• Translate program and partner needs into clear technical and workflow requirements.
• Coordinate CCD/ADT data integration efforts and improve data quality and interoperability.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide testing and onboarding, and ensure secure data connections align with statewide priorities.
