Astyra Corporation is seeking a Health Information Exchange (HIE) Analyst for a 1-year contract in Raleigh, NC. The role emphasizes Medicaid data exchange, CCD/ADT integration, and advancing population health quality measures.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Healthcare IT with strong SQL, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration skills, and will work hybrid with local Raleigh teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting healthcare systems, analytics, and EHR workflows.
• Advanced SQL, databases, and healthcare reporting experience.
• Requirements gathering, process analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA and regulatory needs.
• Translate concepts clearly and manage priorities with teams and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Translate program needs into technical and workflow requirements for CCD/ADT data integration.
• Coordinate cross-team activities to improve data quality and interoperability.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and guide testing.
• Ensure新 data connections are implemented securely and align with statewide priorities.
• Support HRSN data exchange and care management data sharing.
