Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in training, sales, or customer service.
• 6 months of administrative-related experience.
• 6 months of sound judgment and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and portions of new employee trainings.
• Ensure accurate paperwork and completion of individual learnings (e.g., I-9).
• Schedule and co-facilitate training plans and sessions.
• Maintain staffing reports and collaborate with Retail Talent Acquisition.
