Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a 3PL Operations Senior Specialist to support strategy and continuous improvement of third-party labor programs across stores and virtual channels. The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, operational excellence, and identifying opportunities to enhance processes, training, reporting, and field support for approx.

15,000 associates. The position is hybrid, requiring on-site work at the Richfield, MN corporate office Monday–Thursday, with Friday remote work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple priorities and supporting operational initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support third-party labor programs and workforce initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent execution of vendor-supported programs.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance workforce and customer experiences.
• Manage and support technology and reporting solutions that enable vendor programs.
• Provide escalation support, field communication, training support, and program performance reporting.
