• 6 months of experience demonstrating sound judgment and decision making.
• 6 months of experience in training, sales, or customer service.
• 6 months of administrative-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Driving a positive candidate, employee, and customer experience by building relationships, networking, and providing solutions to everyday needs.
• Identifying and coordinating great ways to scout and recruit incredible people in the neighborhood.
• Chatting with, pre-screening, and interviewing applicants regularly to connect them to current openings and prepare them for future opportunities
• Maintaining a strong partnership with your Retail Talent Acquisition team.
• Managing the applicant tracking system and ensuring the hiring process follows and complies with posting policies as well as state and federal hiring practices guidelines.
