Best Buy seeks an experienced Campus Workplace Experience Associate Manager to enhance the employee and visitor experience on our Minnesota campus. You will oversee amenities, conference services, and workplace programs, partnering across leadership and vendors to deliver excellence and continuously improve engagement.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site work Monday–Thursday at the Richfield corporate office and remote work from home on Friday, with further details provided during hiring.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in workplace strategy, hospitality, facilities, campus operations, or employee services.
• 1+ years experience managing vendors and service providers.
• 1+ years experience in project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee conference services, meeting spaces, and event operations.
• Manage employee-facing amenities such as cafés, breakrooms, wellness spaces, and collaboration areas.
• Lead workplace experience programs that support engagement and collaboration.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and employee groups to deliver workplace events and initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor service standards, workplace metrics, and opportunities for improvement.
