Bluebonnet Trails Community Services seeks an HR Hiring Specialist to partner with hiring managers in screening and selecting qualified candidates who align with our culture and needs. The role coordinates interviews, conducts reference and background verifications, ensures compliance, and supports onboarding of new hires.

Onsite in Round Rock, TX with remote options may apply. You will contribute to maintaining high-quality talent acquisition processes and candidate communications throughout

Formación

• At least one year of experience in employment recruitment and/or talent acquisition with applicant screening and interviews.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection principles and practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and equal employment opportunity requirements.
• Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make sound recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Screen applicants and assist with candidate shortlisting.
• Coordinate interviews and reference checks.
• Perform background verifications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Assist with onboarding tasks for selected hires.
